Defective products or products received in error can be returned according to the terms of the following returns policy.

Our returns policy regarding defective products is as follows:

We will replace or refund any defective item within 28 days of purchase. We also provide a replacement, repair, or refund of items if they fail within 24 months of purchase. Returns for defective or failed products are based on natural, manufacturer, or design malfunctions and not due to any damage caused by user, this includes: accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to use product properly or in the manner advised.

Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will test it to insure that the item is, indeed, defective. If no defect is found, the item will be returned to you. If the product is defective, we will issue an exact replacement of the product. We only refund postage on items that have a record of delivery. If an exact replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative product, store credit or, in specific cases, provide a full refund for the price of the product.

Our returns policy for damaged products is as follows:

We accept returns and provide replacements on products damaged during shipping within 28 days of delivery. We do not provide replacement products after the end of 28 days.

Our returns policy regarding incorrect orders is as follows:

Incorrect orders or orders placed in error can be returned to us for credit towards other products. These returned items are accepted only if the item is unopened in its original undamaged packaging. If you receive an incomplete order, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt so that we can authorise shipment of the missing items. After 7 days, we are not liable for any missing/undelivered items.

If you no longer want the item purchased, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. The items must be undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging. We will not refund shipping costs.

For prompt return service, contact our customer service specialists with your order number, your reason for return, and your name and contact information.

LEDSupplies and its employees are not held liable for any damages or injuries that arise from use of the products or accessories. Damages and injuries include damages and injuries that arise from: direct or indirect damages caused by use, loss of data or income, or damage to any property.
