We offer a smart financial solution for larger clients wishing to upgrade their existing lighting with energy efficient alternatives. Lighting finance schedules allow our clients to retrofit their facility with LED lighting and lighting control systems without any upfront capital expenditure. This solution is not only appropriate for capital strapped organisations (e.g. churches, charities and smaller businesses) but also for businesses wishing to deploy capital resources elsewhere.

We can provide a 2 to 4 year solution with the monthly loan repayments being covered by the electricity cost savings thus making the scheme cost neutral to clients (often cash positive). Furthermore, the lamps, tubes, and fittings provided by LED Supplies are covered by market leading guarantees. Finance is generally provided by finance companies; however, recent initiatives such as The Green Deal and the Carbon Trust energy efficient schemes in conjunction with the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). We provide the advice required to complete the finance application, and progress all aspects in order to simplify the process.

The "Pay as you save" approach is appropriate for retrofits of facilities with more than 200 lamps or tubes. LED Supplies provides bespoke services to meet client circumstances, providing technical and commercial proposals based on site surveys, power rates and usage patterns. We can provide data-logging services to accurately measure your lighting usage. Our proposal can include installation as well as supply of our high quality LED lighting. LED Supplies will configure the retrofit to match and improve upon the genral lighting conditions and make these fit for purpose based on lumens, lux, colour temperature, beam angle, and dimming functionality. We also recommend additional control options to maximise further electrical savings with the use of intelligent lighting control systems (occupancy/daylight sensors) to further reduce electricity consumption.
